- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (password or Google OAuth token).
- Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details directly — Stripe handles all payment data securely.
- Content You Submit: Text you input for humanization, summarization, or note generation is processed in memory and is not permanently stored. Generation history (prompts and responses) is stored in your account for your convenience.
- Communications: If you contact us via our support form, we collect the information you provide in those communications.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our services, including pages visited, features used, and generation counts.
- Device Information: We may collect information about your device, including browser type, operating system, and screen resolution.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are used to improve our services.

4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row-Level Security (RLS) policies enabled on all tables. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls.
Text submitted for processing (humanization, summarization, note generation) is processed in memory and is not stored on disk or used for AI model training. Only the generation history (your prompts and responses) is stored in your account database for your reference.

- Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
- Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
- OpenAI: AI text processing (your text is sent to OpenAI's API for processing and is subject to OpenAI's data usage policies)
- Vercel: Web hosting and analytics
- PostHog: Product analytics and user experience improvement
- Sentry: Error tracking and performance monitoring
- Resend: Transactional email delivery
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
